a firm and/or its teaming partners from bidding on work if BSC
has actual knowledge of poor safety, quality, financial and/or
schedule performance on existing work for BSC or others. This
right to disqualify applies even if the firm and/or their teaming
partners have otherwise met all other Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC
Pre-Qualification criteria.
The information your firm provides will be utilized to assess
your company’s commercial capability
(D & B rating, bonding capacity, bid range, business size
and focus) relative to a given project requirement.
Instructions: To complete the
Supplier Information Form;
- Be sure you have your corporate Dun & Bradstreet number,
which is required to complete the first page of the questionnaire.

& Bradstreet Web Site to get a number, if needed.
- Your E-Mail address is required.

Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC (BSC) is dedicated and committed to
zero accidents. Accordingly, BSC is committed to achieving and sustaining
a "Zero Accident Performance." Review and evaluation of
your company’s Safety and Health History is an integral part
of our evaluation process. Your company’s submittal of the
Safety and Health Questionnaire (MS Word
Document) will be required.
